Reason feels the love; maybe you can too! Reason is still looking to expand our family slightly. While strong applicants of any class will be considered, the class we're in most immediate need of is mage. If you are a mage, and enjoy such activities as doing damage, not wearing Magister's, and not sucking we encourage you to apply.
As an update to our PvE progress, we now have the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj on farm status through Huhuran, generally clearing all 5 bosses in about 3 hours without much in the way of wiping. We decided to twist things up a bit with the Bug Family this clear by killing Yauj last. The fight was substantially harder than killing Vem last, and while we didn't wipe we were certainly a bit taxed by it our first time around, especially not knowing exactly what to expect from Vem's death. Our efforts were rewarded with unforgivably bad loot which is now either disenchanted or sitting in a paladin's bank. While we started out wiping extremely hard on the Twin Emperors, we've made extremely solid progress on them over the past week, especially considering the poor quality of our gear relative to release servers. We fully expect them to die later this week.
The latest batch of C'Thun and Ouru [sic] hotfixes are refreshing to us as a guild that was never really in the running for a world first, nor were we blocked on the encounters. It's pretty exciting to see these guys becoming properly tuned as we're arriving at their doorsteps.
We're looking forward to playing with Ouro, C'Thun and Viscidus alike in the upcoming weeks.
